On 21 August 2004, the family met at noon at the Restaurant Le Tableau in Kempten, to celebrate Hilde’s ninetieth birthday. Everybody had a great time and Oma managed to eat the full course, plus a huge dessert that was a meal in itself. We still call her Oma (grandmother) though she is Leonie’s great grandmother.
